It's official Vixx Hongbin is leaving the group.
Two days ago, Jellyfish entertainment released a statement that Hongbin himself has decided to leave the group after spending 7 years as a member. The group has been confirmed to continue activities as a 5-member group.
Here is the released statement from the agency:
"First, we would like to thank all the fans who love VIXX, and we are sad to bring you sad news. Hongbin has announced his intention to leave the team after 7 years. After carefully discussing it with the other VIXX members and Hongbin, we decided to respect his decision and let him leave the group."
Meanwhile, Hongbin has hinted at his return to Twitch after spending some time in hiatus due to his drunk broadcast controversy.
